Canada’s Waiting Children
The Canada’s Waiting Children (CWC) program is intended to be an additional resource to prospective adoptive parents who are going through the adoption process with an agency in their area. This website contains photos and background information about Canadian children waiting for permanent adoptive families. It also provides information about domestic adoption in Canada of children in the care of provincial, territorial, and First Nations child welfare agencies. The CWC program is a service of the ACC. The ACC is not an adoption agency but an information and referral service. This program was made possible by grants from the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and support from Wendy’s Restaurants of Canada. www.canadaswaitingkids.ca

McCann & Cambrian E-Media Services
Web design and hosting is an industry that employs much in the way of today’s technology, but the demands and applications which drive this industry are deeply rooted in a commercial field ranging from marketing, commerce, business administration, consumer support and all forms of media. It’s within these areas that the owners and operators of McCann & Cambrian E-Media Services bring to the firm and its clientele the benefit of such experience. Developing new systems and services is our ongoing objective. We are also striving to reach further boundaries in Canada and the United States marketing McCann & Cambrian on line and through other forms of media. Attracting team players through our VIP and Partner Programs will serve to build a strong, resourceful company. www.cambrianhosting.com

Tripp Photography & Associates
Christine Tripp, from Tripp Photography, is the Heart Gallery of Canada’s first official photographer. The Ottawa gallery of children and youth were all photographed by Tripp Photography. The children and youth were asked to choose the clothes that they wanted to wear, and to bring a prop that truly represents their personality. Christine was able to make them laugh and play around while capturing their true innocence. Christine has played a large and important role in making the first Heart Gallery in Canada a true success. The Adoption Council of Canada and the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa are grateful to Christine for her passion and commitment to the project. www.tripphotography.com/

Dean Palmer Photography
Carefully nuanced portraits, witty and intelligent editorial work, imaginative product photography, breath-taking fine art images, evocative landscapes – Dean Palmer’s photos are easily worth a thousand words. His portraits, which have been compared to the work of legendary photographers Walker Evans and August Sander, have a graphic, theatrical quality and owe much to his lifelong fascination with classic cinema. His warm colour portraits and subtly textured still photographs are equally impressive.  Dean generously donates his time and energy as the official Heart Gallery photographer for Guelph and Wellington County.  The Adoption Council of Canada and Family & Children’s Services of Guelph and Wellington County are grateful to Dean for his passion and commitment to the project: www.deanpalmer.ca
